How to make Cinnamon Pear Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 packet instant oatmeal, low sugar maple & brown sugar, dry
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pears, fresh or canned (packed in water, drained)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine oatmeal and water in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes (until oats are soft and water is absorbed). Wait a minute before removing from microwave.
  3. Dice fresh pear or drain canned pears and add to oatmeal.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and stir.
