Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup baby carrots sliced into thirds
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges canned in juice
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Directions
- Peel banana and place in blender
- Place mango chunks into blender
- Using a butter knife, slice baby carrots into 3 chunks until you have 1/2 cup and place in blender.
- Add oranges, ginger and coconut milk into blender
- Place lid on blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into two glasses and share one with a friend
